PCB's voor de bouw van een versterker zonder uitgangstrafo's (OTL). Het vermogen van deze versterker bij 8 Ohm luidsprekerimpedantie is 32 Watt, en bij 4 Ohm 50 Watt. Beide kanalen zijn gescheiden opgebouwd. De versterker kan daardoor ook als 2 mono-blokken gebouwd worden. De voorversterking wordt verzorgd door een dubbeltriode buisje (de ECC 88) die parallel geschakeld wordt. Deze schakeling is opgebouwd zonder enige vorm van tegenkoppeling. Hierdoor is het buizenkarakter goed bewaard gebleven. Verder zijn de kenmerken ruimtelijk, snel met natuurlijke details en een stevige dynamiek. De schakeling is ook minimalistisch opgebouwd. Dus makkelijk zelf te bouwen. De gloeispanning voor de ECC 88 wordt verzorgd door een Tentlabs module, die gemonteerd kan worden boven op de voedingsprintplaat. Je hebt voor elk kanaal 1 module nodig. De module is instelbaar en in staat om van een aangeboden 6,3 Vac een zeer stabiele 6,3 Vdc te maken. Hiermee wordt brom voorkomen in het voorversterkingstraject. Bijpassende voedingstrafo's zijn de VDV TS-2022-OTL-MAINS en kun je hier bestellen.

PCB’s for building an amplifier without output transformers (OTL). The power of this amplifier at 8 Ohm speaker impedance is 32 Watt, and at 4 Ohm 50 Watt. Both channels are constructed separately. Therefore, the amplifier can also be built as 2 mono blocks. The pre-amplification is provided by a double triode tube (the ECC 88) that is connected in parallel. The circuit is built without any form of negative feedback. As a result, the tube character has been well preserved. Furthermore, the characteristics are spacious, fast with natural details and a solid dynamic. The circuit is also minimalistic. So easy to build yourself. The filament voltage for the tube is provided by a Tentlabs module, which can be mounted on top of the power supply board. You need 1 module for each channel. The module is adjustable and able to convert a 6.3 Vac to a very stable 6.3 Vdc. This prevents hum in the pre-amplification path. Matching power transformers are the VDV TS-2022-MAINS and can be ordered here.
